Refund and Returns Policy

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital goods, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable. Once a file has been sent or downloaded, it can’t be returned. However, if you’re having trouble accessing your product or something isn’t working properly, please contact us — we’re here to help and make it right!

Physical Products

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with a clear photo and your order number.

We offer:

  • Replacements for damaged or incorrect items

  • Refunds or store credit where a replacement is not possible

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • You must contact us at shop@thebearsofblueberryforest.com before returning anything

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was incorrect or damaged.
